Susan has the WSET Level 3 in Wines and Spirits and a Culinary Arts Certificate from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. Her goal is to promote knowledge and enjoyment of wine and become a bit of a wine navigator for many who can be intimidated by wine selection. Susan enjoys hosting tastings with friends and is committed to lifelong learning about the influences of terroir and the uniqueness it brings to each wine. She is on a personal quest to find the ultimate food and wine pairings. With a background in adult learning, Susan is part of the Education Committee with CAPS-AC.
