Instructor – Beer & Spirits
Mark is a CAPS certified Sommelier after graduating from the program in 2018 with Academic Honours. He has spent time travelling to various wine regions as well as being educated at some of the world's best distilleries.
Mark has been very active in the spirit and cocktail scene in Halifax for over a decade, running some of the city's best cocktail programs as well as being passionate about teaching others. He has a wide breadth of experience ranging from leading tastings and training to the creation, execution and business of a successful cocktail program.
Mark is extremely excited to join CAPS-AC as an instructor for the upcoming Beer and Spirits Module in January.
