Instructor – Beer & Spirits
After working in the draught beer industry for a couple of years, Lucas was hired on at Bishop's Cellar in 2014 and since then has become the refreshment category manager and spirits category manager for the company. Overseeing the selection and purchasing of all local and imported beer, cider, RTD, and spirits. Lucas has completed up to WSET level 3, is a BJCP Certified Judge, and along with Evan is one of only a handful of Certified Cicerones in the province.
