"Join us on Tuesday July 23 as CAPS-certified sommelier Stefan Nielsen leads us through a tasting exploration of wines fermented in clay amphora and concrete eggs. While the use of these vessels is one of the most ancient methods of winemaking, they are becoming increasingly popular among modern day vignerons for their ability to produce wines of purity, uninfluenced by oak. As always, light snacks will be provided."
