Craig has more than 15 years of winemaking experience, having made wines in Oregon, Australia, New Zealand and Niagara. His international exposure has afforded him the opportunity to experience 22 vintages, 13 of them in Niagara.
Now leading the winemaking team for Canada's largest wine producers, Andrew Peller Ltd, Craig is instrumental in crafting the award-winning wines consumers have come to love.
Craig's philosophy Is to respect the classic character of each grape variety in this great wine region. At Andrew Peller Ltd, we bring an unrushed approach to winemaking.
