Ann returned to Nova Scotia in 2000 after a 30+ year career as a Mental Health Professional in Northern Canada. Since then she has been actively involved in various aspects of the Halifax food and wine scene. She was certified by CAPS-Atlantic as a Sommelier in 2010 and joined the CAPS-AC Board that same year. She is currently Membership Chair; also works closely with the Tasting Committee [Mel, Ed, Rayell, & Peter]. She continues to enhance her knowledge by travelling extensively through various wine and spirit making regions of the world.
